The 9th International Conference on Culture, Languages and Literature (ICCLL 2023), which will be held in Xi’an, China during July 14-16, 2023. ICCLL 2023 is organized by Northwestern Polytechnical University, China and hosted by School of Foreign Studies, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. The ICCLL is an annual conference organized regularly. It aims to provide an interdisciplinary global forum for scholars, experts and practitioners from academia and industries to exchange practical, teaching and research ideas and present results of ongoing practical and scholarly inquiries in the most state-of-the-art areas of current emerging interest in a wide variety of fields, including but not limited to the adoption of culture , language and literature .
